Does WP allow linking to paypal and shopping carts on blogs?

  My friend wants to advertise for other companies on her blog. She also wants to have a shop on her blog where her readers can pay with paypal. She is currently using the free domain. Is this stuff possible to do with WP if she pays for a domain? What are her options?

  Hi,

  3rd party advertising is not allowed. This is explained a bit further here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  WordPress.com does not have ecommerce capabilities. Most people use a site like etsy.com and just link to a store there.
