Doesn’t allow me to activate themes

Hi, I try to activate a theme and it says I need to contact support. Also, on the top left corner is a left mark saying ‘this site can not be accessed’ I recently migrated from hosting Kinsta to Blue Host and I seem to be having problems with getting my site back.

ventourimedia.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
