Doesn't recognise video codec

  I have been uploading video to the site and never had trouble. I have upgraded to Mavercks on Mac recently. Now when I try to upload video mp4 format I get this message:

  This video file could not be processed because it does not contain a video track or the video codec is unsupported.

  Can someone please advise what I need to do to resolve this.

  Could you please try opening the video in QuickTime player and select “Save for Web” from the File menu and check the “Computer” box.

  The result will be a new movie file, either ending with .m4v or .mp4. Upload this file, and it work properly.
