Doesn’t recognize my domain

Im trying to set up email forwarding but when i register it, it says ‘Failed to add email forwarding record with message ‘Can’t get zone because it does not exist: labitacoradegris.com.’. Please try again or contact support.’ And i dont know why is that

It seems that your site (labitacoradegris.com) is not hosted on WordPress.com and is using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org which is quite different.
Because of those differences, you’ll find better help with your problem in their support forum

Where exactly are you trying to enable email forwarding? Your site isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected via Jetpack, so the email forwarding option we offer shouldn’t be visible for you at all.
If your hosting provider offers a email forwarding service and you’re trying to set that up, please contact their support directly for help with that. It looks like you’re hosted by Bluehost.com.
@cuellin, the WordPress.org forums won’t be able to help with this, as it’s not an issue with the WordPress software – that software doesn’t have any email forwarding functionality built in, and this is the type of service that can only be provided by a hosting provider who controls the domain’s DNS.
