Doing something wrong with Contact Form

  I’ve read the Support post on how to set up a Contact Form, and the forum posts…and I’m apparently still doing something wrong. I clicked the HTML button (instead of visual), which one forum poster advised, and yet all I’m still geting/seeing is “[Contact-Form]” — the words, not an actual form.
  Advice? Thanks!

  Type the code into the HTML tab. Do not copy and paste it. Also make sure to turn comments off for that page so two text areas do not show up and confuse people.

  Thanks! The problem was I’d copied and pasted, in my desire to get it right. (I had already turned the comments off)

  You’re welcome. For future reference never copy and paste from the support documents. Staff has to use special code so the examples will display and not be interpreted.
