Dolphin Script…do I need it?

  Good afternoon
  I am helping to plan and build a website. My friend wants me to use ‘Dolphin Script’. What is it and do I really need it when building a website with WordPress??

  You dont need a dolphin script to build a website on WordPress.com, you can directly build the website using the inbuilt WordPress.com features.
