Hi,
Our domain name for 15 years https://hvacphilly.com, was transferred by a hacker, our url on your platform points to a SCAMMING website.

We had to start over with a new domain name https://hvacphillyinc.com.
and created a new account
https://wordpress.com/home/hvacphillyinc.wordpress.com
Please help, either make a correction to URL and links or delete the account.

I understand that your site, hvacphilly.com, was transferred by a hacker and is no longer displaying your previous website. I’ve looked into the domain and found that it’s currently registered with GoDaddy, and the site is now routed to a different host, not WordPress.com.
As much as we’d like to assist further, we no longer have control over the site or the domain registration, as it is no longer managed through WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact GoDaddy directly to file a complaint and report any unauthorized or suspicious activity associated with the site.

I can see that your website is not hosted by WordPress.com and it’s using Cloudflare nameservers. It uses WordPress.org’s open source version of WordPress.
The website could propably hacked, because it’s taking you to spammy website.
But if you have access to domain you can get the access to your website.
You can login to your Godaddy account and change the nameserver to take the control.

According to https://completedns.com/dns-history/ that domain expired in March 2025. Someone bought it in April 2025.
When you let a domain expire, you are literally saying you no longer need that domain.

As @staartmees mentioned, if your domain expires, it goes through expiration stages, and once completed, the domain becomes available for purchase. You can find more information about the domain expiration stages.
If you purchased the domain, you can contact them to confirm this: GoDaddy Help. They may be able to assist you in retrieving your site data if it still exists.
