Domain & Deleting a blog

  I’ve got a quick question:

  I’ve registered my blog on WordPress (sixtyfrenchgirls.wordpress.com), but I’ve upgraded to my own domain (sixtyfrenchgirls.com) on WordPress, the first one redirects to the second, but I only want to keep one. I’m afraid of deleting the first one, since that is permanent. My question is, if I delete my blog (sixtyfrenchgirls.wordpress.com), would I lose the domain (sixtyfrenchgirls.com) with it?

  Sorry if this is a recurring question, just trying to be safe before I do anything.

  If you domain mapped sixtyfrenchgirls.wordpress.com to sixtyfrenchgirls.com, deleting the first means you will have NO blog.

  sixtyfrenchgirls.wordpress.com IS your blog, it just looks like it is sixtyfrenchgirls.com to your visitors.
