  I cancelled my domain name because wordpress was not what I was looking for. Apparently I cannot use the domain name anywhere else, but I also cancelled it here. How can I get it back on wordpress so that I can direct it somewhere else. Can I transfer the domain to somewhere else?

  The top level domain here is wordpress.com and all blogs hosted here are on .wordpress.com sub-domains. What is the specific URL you are referring to as a domain? Is it a custom domain? And isn’t this a duplicate thread? I see that you have been answered at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cancel-domain-653?replies=2#post-2350259 so please post there only.
