Hi,
I purchased a domain name a while ago (http://janeharveyberrick.com/) and started creating a blog but it’s been a while.
I now need to develop that blog but have forgotten both the email address and password.

Use the Lost Password option – user name or email will work – also you should have received a separate email from your blog – you might try that email account – you comments are moderated so I left a comment that sent you an email

Thanks, but the problem is that I’ve forgotten what actual email account is for that domain hence, blog site.
I have a few blogs running now and I’ve lost my log-on for that account.
Can you send me the email to this blog instead?

I am an unpaid helper here and don’t have that access – however the staff tends not to send info to email addresses not already associated with a particular blog – you have an upgrade on the blog – do you have the transaction ID for the upgrade? There was also an email sent when you opened the account that had an API key number in it – the email ask you to print it out and save it
I will flag this for staff help – they have a link that I can’t find on how to address your problem – if you have the info I indicated above – don’t post it here but indicate that you have the info and the staff can contact you so you can send it directly to then

That blog should have two administrators. Could you send the email to the ‘help’ administrator? Which happens to be me.
