  Hello,

  My domain had expired a few months ago and I paid for it to be updated but it doesn’t seem to be working still – is there any reason why this might be?

  Hello,
  Your domain (aimeelouisefisher.com) is available in the open marketplace. To get it back, follow the steps for registering a new domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

  If your billing history shows a recent payment for the domain registration, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread. That will flag it for a staff member to look into the issue.

  Hi there,

  Your domain is no longer registered with us, but it was still stuck in our system and when you tried to renew it, you only renewed the mapping portion of the upgrade and not the domain itself.

  I have removed the stuck record, and refunded you the money you have already paid. You should be able to register that domain again now if you go to My Sites ->Domains and select the Add New Domain option.
