  I can’t register my domain – says the service is down? I just paid for this and its a bit ridiculous

  Hi there,

  There is a problem with our registrar at the moment preventing any new domains from being registered. We’re working with them to try and get it fixed, but meanwhile I need to ask you to please be patient.

  When the registration failed, the payment you made for the domain was added to your account as credits instead, so you’ll be able to use that to register the domain again once our registrar gets things working again.
