  I signed up for a domain and then changed my mind and am getting a refund. But now I want it back. Do I just pay again? The name is blocked now, is it still mine?

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore granniedebbie.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  What did you purchase through Hostgator? The domain is still unregistered and most likely with our registrar. Were you wanting to point the domain over to a site you are hosting over at Hostgator?

  I purchased a 3 year web service. It is supposed to come with a free domain. Please do all you can to help me keep it. You’re awesome! Debbie
