  The domain, celebrationpetcare.com, is not registered with us on WordPress.com, so we don’t have any control or any information about that domain.

  If the domain is currently transfer-locked at Google Domains, where it’s registered, the current owner of the domain will need to contact Google Domains directly to find out when the transfer lock will be lifted.

  It looks like that domain was transferred from us to Google Domains, on 6 November. All transferred domains are subject to a 60-day lock after a transfer between domain providers, so that domain will be locked until at least 6 January. But changes made to the domain on Google’s end since 6 November could have further extended that transfer lock, so best to check with Google directly for the most accurate information.
