  Hi, I want to start a blog, a domain is what interests me http://deniol.wordpress.com/ but is in use by another person but the other blog is empty (not used)

  Leave a message on the blog and ask if they are willing to transfer it to you. If they are then all is good. If they are not, or do not answer you then you are out of luck. WordPress does not take blogs, even unused blogs, away from others to give to someone else.
