domain!!!

  I am a little angry. I bought a domain yesterday and i want to change my wordpress domain artshumanitiessemiotics.wordpress.com to artshumanitiessemiotics.com (already bought and payed and already active). i tried to map this domain on wordpress and i read: 13 euro …when i go for pay (after mapping it) it it says 18 euro per year (this is not the only problem!!!). i try to contact the customer care and there is nobody….nobody answer. I am in the Italian wordpress version that of course does not work. One engineer from Turkey tried to help me and also the website where yesterday i bought the domain: 2 engineers nobody could solve it. Do we have the probleme or it is always the shit Italian way to work??? If i do not get answer i erase my blogs. Goodbye

  I just took a look at your account and see that you mapped the domain artshumanitiessemiotics.com to your site. When I visit that address, I’m able to see your WordPress.com site properly. Are you having any trouble viewing the page still?

  Regarding the price, the domain mapping will cost 13 Euro per year through WordPress.com. The Domain Mapping upgrade is what allows you to connect a custom domain to your WordPress.com site, so you can replace the underlying .wordpress.com address.

  Since your domain is mapped here, but registered elsewhere, you’ll need to continue to pay the yearly renewal fee for your domain registration via your domain registrar, where you originally purchased the domain.

  Thank you for replay!

  I solved the problem by myself ( after trying many times). I think there was a problem in the Italian WordPress website.

  Anyway, now seems that everything is OK. do you confirm this? Can you see my wordpress?

  About the rest, yes i bought the domain somewhere else. How does it cost the yearly reniew for the domain? Thank u so much.
