I’m trying to set up a new site, separate to this using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). with the domain isthatwhat.wordpress.com. I’ve just set up a website for a friend and used my own email so that I could access the confirmations etc. Then I tried to set up my site, realised I needed my email, transferred her site to her email but in the middle somehow attached the reserved domain to nothing much, accidentally connected her details to my prospective site and blocked my own site. Now I can’t cancel or refresh to my email or access the domain name I’ve reserved. Oh, and first time round I mistakenly put my email incorrectly as (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is what you tried to hook me up to.
