    Hello,
    I’m trying to renew the domain from a month ago expired and no way. The link to “renew it now” and “payment settings” redirects me to the tab plan. The plan is subject to hosting free. It has something to do with this?

    On the other hand, we had a mail contact that sure we have sent alerts and information to renew this domain and mail does not exist for years. It’s already updated.
    You can contact us through the mail currently indicated? Or help around here. We need to activate the web as soon as possible.
