  How come my colleague was able to map her domain name for £11 without upgrading to premium a couple of month ago and now when I try to map my domain name it says I have to upgrade to premium and pay £85!!!

  HI @hannahclarkphoto – New accounts are required to upgrade from the free plan to Premium in order to map a domain or register a custom domain.
