Domain

Hello! My site doesn’t work properly (the pages don’t load), and the notice says that it is a domain issue (there’s no domain registered). Last year, I changed the domain to cloudflare and it was all set up properly, so I am rather confused on why it’s not working now. Please help!
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
nusprobono.wordpress.com works correctly on my end, where exactly do you see the error you mentioned? A screenshot would be very helpful. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply. Thanks!

Hi, thank you for your prompt reply. The link is as follows: https://snipboard.io/M2O6gV.jpg
I think when you click on nusprobono.wordpress.com the site loads, but if you click on the header “Main”, that domain notice appears.
Thanks!

Oh, I see; thanks for the screenshot!
What happened here is that Main in the menu is using a custom link – your old domain:
You will want to edit your menu and replace that URL with nusprobono.wordpress.com. You can also remove that item and add your Blog page instead, whatever works best for you.
I hope that helps :)

Hello! Thank you, I did the above and it worked.
As a separate issue, how do I change the URL back from nusprobono.wordpress.com to nusprobono.com? The domain registered in Cloudflare is registered as “nusprobono.com”, so I am confused as to how “wordpress” got added into the URL.
Thanks!

You’d need a paid plan for that. This would allow you to connect the domain again, as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/.
You can see an overview of our plans here:
