Hi @carvabijoux, I don’t see any domains on this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the account that owns the domain? You’ll also get chat support at that point because you’ll be using an account that has upgrades. This account does not.
Once you have the correct account, you should be able to transfer the domain using these steps:
