    Hello! I purchaed my domain through you and i was trying to transfer it to another host and accidentally deleted it. Is it possible to help me recover it?

    It looks like you’ve canceled the domain name, meaning you no longer own it.

    Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

    Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

    Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

    Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

    Hello thank you so much for reaching out –

    I just want to confirm – the domain: parentingwithpassports.com is no longer owned by me since I canceled it?

    If I choose to wait: It should show as available for purchase instead of saying unavailable?

    Repurchase the domain: I have already purchased a bluehost plan and entered the domain parentingwithpassports.com

    – If I repurchase through you guys now for $18 I can point it to bluehost and then transfer the registration after 60 days?

    At the moment, the domain is parked with WordPress.com and goes through a cancellation process.

    Choosing to wait is a little riskier, as you no longer have the domain secured and someone else could potentially register it before you.

    I recommend that we restore the domain. You’re correct about pointing the domain to Bluehost in the meantime, until the transfer lock is up.

    Just let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I can send a manual payment if you like.

    I was wondering if it is still possible to repurchase the domain or if I need to notify if I would not like to repurchase in order for it to be released?

    It looks like the domain has been released back into the domain marketplace. You can register the domain at the domain registrar of your choice now.
