Hi! When you cancel a new domain it will go into holding for a bit — usually around 5 days. As no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.
You could also:
Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice for the domain. Once it’s restored, you will be able to use it with a monthly plan here, or you can point it to another host and transfer after 60 days.
Purchase an Annual Plan: To host your site here after all, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.
It sounds like you’re okay waiting, but if you want one of those other options, let us know and we’ll set that up.

I do not see any upgrades under your @bradycottle4c7b4c493e WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that your domain (lovelookslikethis.com) is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @bradycottle4c7b4c493e login.

To access the correct account, have you tried to enter the email address we sent that notice to here? https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send a password reset email to the account that is associated with your email.
If that does not work, as a second option you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
