Cancelling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Here are the available options for you:
Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.
Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

I have not received any refund transaction ID or statement, plus the refund was supposed to be made more than 10 days ago now, which is why I am requesting appropriate support on this case.Waiting to hear.

You were sent a refund receipt to the email address on file for your account on 16 Mar 2022 which would show that transaction ID.
Additionally, we’ve sent you a separate email to the email address on file for your account with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) which is a tracking number which your bank can use to trace the payment and refund.
Since the funds are no longer with us, there’s not much else we can do here – but those ARNs will let your bank locate those funds.

If you’re referring to elitepilotsolutions.com, due to regulations imposed on all domain registrars by the organization which oversees us (ICANN), domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of registration.
For now though, you can direct the domain name anywhere by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/
