  Hi!

  I have a domain from my former blog, under the name 2www.fellys.se’ and the swedish site that owns my domain is about to help me redirect it to my new blog here at wordpress.

  This is a domain that I´ve paid for through them and would like to use it here instead.

  But when I try to type my domain in it says that I need to pay for a new domain or whatever.

  An upgraded WordPress.com plan is required to map a domain you already own.

  Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or map one you already own.

  So I need to pay €13 to map my already own domain?

  From what I understand, that may be an option if you’ve had your WordPress.com account for a while.

  Otherwise, domain mapping is no longer available without a plan. You could choose between a Personal, Premium, or Business plan – starting at $5.99/month, billed annually.

  Cause I can choose at the checkout to just redirect my already owned domain, for a cost of €13 and just pay that amount.

  If it is showing up, it sounds like it is an option for you :) I would go ahead and proceed with the registration whenever you are ready.
