    Hi there! I accidentally changed the domain from decascootersau.com to thealpinskis.com however thealpinskis.com domain wasn’t connected to the website and now I cannot access my website dashboard as domain is unavailable, can you please revert it back?

    Hi there,

    Your site isn’t hosted on our servers, but using the open source version of WordPress at another host. So we don’t have any control over your site to help with this.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here.

    However, many hosting providers have their own process for this. So depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.
