  I have signed up to a custom domain, however I am still seeing ‘.wordpress’ within the website address. How can I change this? Do I need to upgrade to a paid plan? There used to be 3 or 4 plans to choose from but now I can only see the free option or one paid option. Have the plans changed recently?!

  Hi there,

  Yes, you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Custom domains are not possible on the free plan.

  To upgrade to the paid plan you can click here.

  Once you’ve upgraded to a paid plan, then make sure to select your site as the primary address. Instructions on how to do so can be found here.
