  Hi,

  I currently have a free blog site which I’m looking to upgrade to a paid site with domain name. How can I upgrade my current site whilst also changing the domain to a new name? (I’d like to keep all my old content and just get the old URL redirected to the new website address?

  Hi there,

  I see you’ve already bought a Personal Plan. To add a domain to that site, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and add a domain there. Complete instructions here:

  You don’t need to move or redirect anything. The new domain will just be placed over your free address, like adding a new cover onto a book. Your content will stay exactly the same and your followers will still see your posts in the Reader or their emails as always.
