  I paid my plan renewal and my domain is not available anymore.
  I’ve been in touch earlier and didn’t get any answer. I asked for a way to contact that I can send the proof of payment that was held before my domain is not possible use. I have business with this domain and need urgent response.

  Hi there,

  Is this for the domain, charmecharmosa.com? That domain expired on 21 August and is already in redemption with our registrar. I also don’t see any plans in your account. The last payment made via your account was for the renewal of this domain on 25 August 2015. You can view the receipt for all past payments here:

  The only way to get back your domain is to email our registrar to restore it, but they charge a $80 fee to do this. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started.
