Hi I am the Senior Pastor at Somerset Church. We had let our employee go last week. [redacted by staff]. Apparently she has access to our payment services and we are now expired. I would like to pay for a renewal so we can continue. Please tell me what to do.

I apologize for a question that I had posted. I thought I was writing the staff but instead I wrote everyone. Please excuse my ignorance. It was not my intention to harm or hurt anyone. The name was simply written because they were referenced in the email I received from the staff at wordpress as “the only authorized person to make or change payment or renewal….” Again I am truly sorry that you the readers and creators would receive this message in a forum.

I’ve removed the former employee’s name from your post.
As for the upgrades, we cannot move upgrades form one account to another without the upgrade owner’s consent under any circumstances. This is especially true of domains, where doing this opens us up to legal action.
It is also not possible to pay for an upgrade owned by another user, so you will need to ask the current owner to contact us (a reply in this thread would be fine) and authorise us to transfer the upgrades to another user on the site.
