    Hi! I would like to continue my blog under a domain that is already taken, but as of 2005 – when it was created – hasn’t been used. How can I do that? Please help me :)

    Hi there,

    If someone else already registered the address we cannot transfer it to you under any circumstances, even if they’re not using it.

    Recycling Blog Addresses (URLs)

    The only way to get that address is if the current owner transfers it to you. You can try leaving a comment on the site to ask them, but we can’t provide you with their contact details to contact them another way.
