  Hello,

  I made a website using Weebly and need to point my domain to their servers. Can you set this up or walk me through the process of making these changes? I need to change my A-Records for both ‘www’ and my root domain. That’s one record for http://www.woolycowknitshop.com pointing to 199.34.228.59, and one record for woolycowknitshop.com also pointing to 199.34.228.59.

  Note that I want to keep using you as my domain registrar. I am not requesting a transfer and do not have new name servers to provide you.

  Hey there,

  You can change this by going to Dashboard -> Upgrades -> Domains -> “your domain” -> DNS Records.

  Hi there,

  The domain, woolycowknitshop.com, appears to be registered directly with Wix, and its name servers are also pointing to them, meaning they mange the DNS. So any changes to DNS records on that domain has to be done on Wix’s end. Please contact their support directly to help you with this.

  We have no control at all over that domain, and we’re not able to help you with these changes.
