    Hello, I bought the premium version, which gives me my own domain as a website, I even used my own domain from elsewhere, but I still got the .wordpress.com. What went wrong?

    Hi there,

    The domain is not set as your site’s primary domain, but it is also still pointing to GoDaddy where you registered it.

    First you’ll need to log in at GoDaddy and change the domain’s name servers to us. This page explains exactly what you need to do and has a link to GoDaddy’s instructions:

    Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)

    After you’ve done that, go to My Site ->Domains and update your primary domain, and then your site will show at the custom domain.
