    I just got an email saying my domain will expire in 30 days. I’ve been trying to get my domain transferred to square and you guys said you don’t have my domain that another company does, but now says you have it. Plus I’ve paid for my renewal I have the receipt of what I paid for. Please get this fixed its been 3 weeks of going back and forth with wordpress, square and register.

    Hi there, I took a look, and the last domain we have under your account is thegreendaysie.com which was transferred to Wix.

    Also, it wouldn’t have expired until May 9, 2023.

    What is the domain name quoted in the email you received?

    I talked with wix and they don’t have my domain plus I’ve been trying to get it transferred to square for 2 weeks. This is very frustrating. I’ve talked with square weebly wix wordpress and register and everyone keeps telling me to talk to this person over here and then they say talk with wordpress or weebly. I want my domain I paid for at square. thegreendaysie.com wix said its not there I even checked the old account its not there. Please transfer it to square.

    So the site is at Wix but the domain is at Register.com so you need to reach out to them to change settings.

    @thegreendaysielmt    , it’s at Register.com, or possibly with one of their resellers. I’d recommend reaching out to them directly first, and they can point you to the correct people if needed.
