Hi there, I do own a domain:
http://www.sandybalkow.com
and I am trying to re-do my website with wordpress (learning by doing) .. but every time I want to check how my page online the sandybalkowblog.wordpress.com shows in the browser. How can I create my site and then upload it with a ftp uploader? where would I find the files created with wordpress to upload them? thanks in advanceThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You will need to set up Domain Mapping to use your http://www.sandybalkow.com domain with your WordPress.com site:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

If you have your domain set up to forward from your registrar instead of having domain mapping set up, it will not display sandybalkow.com properly to viewers.

There is no FTP access for WordPress.com sites. All uploading is done via the Media Library. FTP access is more common for self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
Is there something in particular that you are trying to do that requires FTP access?
