  I would like to enquire on how can I get back the domain name that I’ve registered waxfeathermagazine.com. I wasn’t active this year and had accidentally missed the due date for renewal.

  Correct account: Yes

  The domain still shows as in the redemption period but I don’t know for how much longer. This thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff can assist in recovery,

  Hi @waxfeathermagazine, I don’t have an ETA for this. We can send you an invoice if you’d like to redeem the domain, or you can continue to let it go through the redemption process and hope that you can buy it before someone else does.

  I’ll send the invoice now, in fact. If you decide to wait, update us and we’ll delete that. Note it’ll include your renewal fee and the redemption fee the registrar charges.
