    My domain expired. I need renew it and I’d like to know the process to do it.
    *Don’t appear the option in panel to renew.

    Hi there,

    Your domain, agenciamundi.com, expired in May and is past the point where we can recover it from the registrar. The good news is it should be released within the next week or two, at which point you should be able to register it again as a new domain. I suggest that from Monday you start checking daily if it’s released yet, so you can register it as soon as it becomes available.

    Unfortunately it looks like that domain has already been registered upon release by a dropcatch service:

    Dropcatch services are places where you can be put on a waiting list for a domain to get it as soon as it is released. People especially do this to do what we call domain squatting – they buy expired domains and park it on a site where they show advertising to make an income, and then they try to sell it back to the original owner at a profit.

    The contact details of the dropcatch service is at that link I gave you, so you can try contacting them to ask if you can buy your domain back from them. But you should know that these kinds of transactions are potentially risky as you won’t be buying the domain back from an accredited registrar, but from a private individual, organisation or syndicate, so I wouldn’t recommend it. It might be easier, and safer, to change to a different domain instead.
