i’ve registered a domain since i made the account, but i can’t control the site under that domain, it forced me to create a new one.
the old domain still shown my name and my theme but i can’t control it

Your account does not own any domains. There is only one site in your account, https://aktest1.wordpress.com/
If you’re trying to access a site in a different account, you’ll need to log out of this one and log back in as the correct username.

the 1st domain is ( https://iakrm.wordpress.com/ ) since i register i couldn’t control anything about itas you see it’s show that the domain under my account, but it doesn’t appear in my account setting

Okay, when we refer to a domain, we mean something like mysite.com. https://iakrm.wordpress.com/ is your free WordPress.com address, not a custom domain.
That site was created by and belongs to the username, iakrm. You will need to log out of this account and log in as that account to access that site’s dashboard.
