  How can I register domain without having wordpress inside?

  Aloha dubrovniktourguide, In order to do that, you would purchase your domain name through a registrar and not install WordPress.

  Since that it not related to WordPress.com sites, I would recommend doing a Google search for something like “how to register a domain name.”
