    Hi. I’ve had my domain renew automatically every year, but I think maybe my card expired. I’m trying to update my payment but it’s saying my domain, rainbowsandbabies.com, isn’t available. Can you please help?

    Hey there, I wish I had better news: it looks like this domain expired back in April, went through its redemption period, and was released. Someone else bought it in late June and has a site up and going with that address.

    At this point, the only way to get the domain back is to find out if they’ll sell it to you, or wait to see if they allow it to expire. I’d recommend choosing another name instead if you can.
