Hi there,
I was able to visit the site without any issue – but it is pointing to a self-hosted site. Are you wanting planetingenieria.com.ar to point to a WordPress.com site?
Let me know, thanks!

Yes I want to replace my page for the new in wordpress. We paid for use the domain http://www.planetingenieria.com.ar instead of planetingenieria.wordpress.com

Hi there,
In order to use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMThen, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.
For instructions on both processes, please visit our support page:

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi, I’ve paid for mapping the subscription upgrade! So I only need to change the domain name servers. This changes are automatic or i need to wait a while. Can you check if my plan is correct?

Hey there,
I do not see the mapping upgrade under the account you are contacting us from. I see it under a different account. But it is all set up on this end if you do have access to that other account.
Now, I checked and see that the nameservers are pointing over to WordPress.com, but it appears that the other site at your domain host is still showing. It may take up to 72 hours for DNS propagation to occur. But, it looks like everything is set up and ready to go.
Let me know if you have any issues or if the domain never points to your WordPress.com site. Thanks!

It shouldn’t take that long, but check back if things don’t change in that time.
Thanks!
