  Hi @planetingenieria, I tried finding previous mail settings for your domain but was unable to .. :( Can you check with your mail provider to see what your MX settings should be?

  @planetingenieria please ask your old mail provider for either an IP address or a CNAME for the mail servers. We need this information. Then get in touch via http://wordpress.com/help/contact and we can help you add it.
