  I am trying to renew my domain so it doesn’t expire but can’t seem to do so without upgrading and spending more than I have for the past few years. Am I missing something or is this new upgrade required to keep your domain?

  Hi there,

  Your domain is probably bundled with a plan. So, in order to renew it, you must also renew the whole plan.

  I suggest adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the support staff for further assistance.
