Hi,
Can you give us some specifics on this situation? What URL did you forward? Where did you point it to? How did you set the forwarding up?
Generally, the only way for domains to work properly with WordPress.com sites is to follow the instructions here:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

New domain ballardpointcondominiums.com forward to WordPress ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
In Google domains, DNS is added to custom name servers. -
Hi,
To be able to point your domain to a WordPress.com site, you need to follow this guide:
https://wordpress.com/en/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
Forwarding is a different thing, and it is mainly used to redirect an old site to a new one.
Please note that for the domain connection to work, you must upgrade to one of our paid plans.
If you have any other questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.

You could also just forward the domain using a regular redirect, but a connection with a paid plan is best. Let us know if you have other questions!
