  I thought I had it on auto renew so I ignored the renewal emails I was getting. Come to find out it is now expired and my emails are bouncing and my website is down. Please help.

  It appears that your above domain is in the redemption period. You can learn more about what happens when a domain expires in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  In order to proceed, Staff will need you to confirm that you agree to the additional $80 redemption fee that their Registrar imposes, which is in addition to the domain renewal fee.

  Yes, if that is my only option, I agree. I can’t have my website down. I no longer use WordPress, how can I transfer that domain to another registrar?

  pillarsofsilver – the domain, pillarsofsilver.com is indeed in redemption. I’ve gone ahead and sent a note to our domain partner to get the process started. You should have an email from me that explains the redemption period and includes a payment link for the $80 redemption fee.
