  Hey hi hello!

  Could you explain what you’re specifically trying to achieve? For instance, from where you got the domain, and where you’re trying to connect it to?

  I assume the situation is one these (links to documentation included):

  Domain connection:
  – Connects a domain owned (with another provider) to your WordPress site
  – A way to show one URL in place of another
  – e.g. typing “steelefitness.com” can lead to “steelefitnessgroup.com”
  – Requires paid plan

  Subdomain connection:
  – Uses text before the main domain to create separate websites under the main domain
  – Allows for separate websites under one main domain
  – e.g. blog.steelefitnessgroup.com, shop.steelefitnessgroup.com, courses.steelefitnessgroup.com
  – Requires paid plan

  Domain transfer:
  – Takes a domain bought with another provider (GoDaddy, BlueHost, SiteGround, etc.) and transfers it to WordPress.com
  – Allows for both site management and domain management to be done in WordPress
  – Fee is the standard renewal cost for the domain
