  Hello. Can you help with my domain name – antiquus-strings.co.uk I would like to transfer this away from tucows to IONOS. Please let me know how to login to in order to set up the domain so that it’s ready to be transferred

  The domain has been deleted from my WordPress account, so now I cannot access it

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Also, there are restrictions for .co.uk domains, so your options are currently limited. Since you already got a refund for the domain renewa, your only option is to repay for the domain.

  We can send an invoice and once it’s paid we can restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Let us know when you’re ready to process that payment and we’ll get that invoice sent over.

  Please send an invoice for the domain name, once I have paid it, will I be able to access the DNS in order to point this domain to another URL?
