  I originally had SoulandMuse.com as my domain first then I cancel my subscription​ and then I have not been able to get the domain I want which everytime I go back it says the ‘domain is on parked’ anyway I can get that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and can take anything from a few days to over a year before they’re available again.

  In this case, as you cancelled the domain on the same day you bought it, it should be released early next week at which time you’ll be able to register it somewhere else.

  Alternatively, I can restore the domain to your account (as you’ve been refunded you’ll need to pay for it again), and then I can help you point it to another service if you don’t want to use it on WordPress.com.

  As long as I can Get my “Soulandmuse.com” as my official domain we are good.

  Do you want to use the domain here on WordPress.com? In that case it would be safest for me to try and restore it. Let me know if you want to do that.

  If i do decied to use a different website in the future is it possible to keep the same domain

  Yes. You can use a domain registered here with any other hosting provider or blogging service that allows you to map domains to them. After you’ve owned it for 60 days you can even transfer it away from us if you choose.

  Okay. I’ve sent you a link via email which you can use to pay for your domain again. Once we receive payment I can restore it to your account, and you’ll be able to use it again.

  originally when I had that domain it was part of my free payment plan meaning I didnt pay a dime for that domain… why would I have to pay now???

  We don’t have a Snapchat sharing button or social media icon available, no. But I’ve added it to our feature request list so our developers can look at the possibility of adding it in future.

  Your domain has already been un-cancelled, so the moment we receive payment for it I can reactivate it on your account and you can use it here or anywhere else you choose.
