  hi i am just setting up my website for the first time, i have my domain already its: ipromisedyouamiracle.com so can you advise me whether i need to transfer? or not

  I’m unsure why you’d buy a domain at GoDaddy if you wish to build a site here at WordPress.com. A custom domain is included free for the first year with a paid plan here. As it is you can’t transfer the domain here (or anywhere for that matter) until you’ve owned it for 60 days. You can connect it immediately however to your free WordPress.com site by upgrading it to a paid plan.
