Hello dearest,
I bought domain ellenfischerova.com – but, by mistake, I cancelled it.
How can I renew it, please? Would it be possible? Because I would love to continue in the process of creating the webpage etc. at the same time, I would love to upgrade it on the premium plan if possible.. So how much would be the total price and what should I do?

Hi there,
I’ve emailed our registrar to try and get back your domain. As your domain doesn’t expire until March we don’t charge anything for restoring it, and hopefully we’re still in time to get it back from our registrar that they won’t charge a redemption fee. I’ll let you know what they say when they reply to me.
You can buy the Premium Plan now already if you want it. You can add that via My Site ->Plans. It cost $99 a year, and will include the renewal of your domain.

Good news. I was able to get your domain back, and it hadn’t gone into redemption yet so there’s no additional fee.
If you buy a Premium Plan, it will automatically renew your domain as well, otherwise you’ll need to manually renew your domain from the Purchases page before it expires in March as it doesn’t currently have any payment details linked, so cannot auto-renew.
